My name is Carol Musyoka. I am still a student at Taita Taveta University. A third year student to be specific, studying Mathematics and Computer Science.I am an Android Developer also into opensource. Well I have not always been one, until I recently participated in the #HacktoberFest(A month long celebration for Open Source Contribution in October). It was the most exciting thing that happened in 2019. The feeling that comes with helping someone, well, it feels good. I am a co-lead of DSC Taita Taveta University Chapter and a Campus Ambassador for Moringa School. Basically all we do as a tech community is to help organize and create meetups for fellow students, invite speaker for sessions and teach them basics in android development, web, GitHub skills, etc. I love seeing people grow their skills and all. I`d say working with others has pushed me to become better. I am also a technical writer. Apart from all the technical bit of life, I love listening to music, Khalid is my favorite. I also love reading novels, Paulo Coehlo to be specific. I believe I am interesting. I always ready to learn from other people and improve on my weak areas.
