I’m a 33 year veteran of the computing industry, all in finance. I started on VAX/VMSes using C and SQL. I was introduced to Perl in 1996. My first project was one on which I staked a new job in 1998. I spent three months with the Camel and first Panther books. It worked, which is why I am here today.
