An Agile Practitioner, having 14 years [+] experiences with Agile Transformation & engineering practices , Software Architecture & Development. Along with proven leadership skills, my strong ‘Can-Do’ attitude, hardworking, Sincerity & Self Driven attributes are mostly accepted throughout the career. As a professional, I have also shown strong adaptability to new roles & career focuses are utilizing Information Technology as an accelerator and contributor for substantial growth of different business & help in digital transformation of business processes.
Beside these I’m leading “Women in Agile Bangladesh” community and working for building community and awareness program of Agile principles and values for last couple of years and played one of the key roles as a leading woman to introduce Agility Bangladesh. During my journey, I was able to achieve some credentials like CSM, CSD, CSP, PSM, PSPO , Management 3.0 and Agile Leadership. This journey is basically never ending and still its going on. I’m also conducting meetup’s and online session for our community.
I’m passionate and have the courage to drive with my knowledge and enthusiasm. I am co-learner and love to exchange, collaborate with you. Always welcoming new idea and interest to move with this. I’m optimistic and like to connect different culture, explore their views and prefer humanity over anything. On the other hand as a person I’m fun loving, explore the culture, tried to do something from out of my comfort zone.
