Here’s three quick things about me and my practice -
I love to dig into customer problems and solve them using design thinking tools and methodologies. I crave to go beyond, ‘this works’ and deliver something which the users would use and say ‘I love this’ or ‘this is amazing’. To accomplish this, I set up processes, focus on key results, build amazing teams, and quickly adapt to new insights. To sum up what I do, acquiring a new customer is more expensive than retaining existing customers. I help devise a strategy to improve the services and experience for the user to keep them coming back and bringing more people through friendly
I am a true believer that design is a way of thinking and is not constraint by a certain medium and therefore I went out exploring different mediums and tried implementing design thinking in multiple disciplines successfully executing a lot of projects in the fields of branding, industrial design, animation, etc. However I learned it the hard way, that to build a brand and successfully scale a service business, you need to set up processes and develop expertise in a certain area and thereafter my passion drove me to specialize in user interface and user experience design (UI/UX).
I am a people’s person and I crave experiences, I am a vivid traveler and networker. I have been to over 4 countries and have an international network and clientele. One of the things which have been very fascinating is how the design and business approach changes across cultures even though the core remains the same.
I don’t like to advertise this fact, but I would probably do this job for free cause it’s my passion and I love doing it!
