My name is Beatriz Godoy, I am a creative, outgoing, and determined individual to guide others to succeed in their career. I feel like I was meant to be on the recruitment path from the beginning. Why you may ask? Well, I enjoy helping people find a job they are passionate about, just like I am at mine.
Outside of the office, I’m committed to counsel individuals in all fields to better their CV, cover letters and mentor them on the career path they want to take. I am passionate about volunteering with individuals with disabilities and become part of their family. I am competitive only when I play Rummikub, in any other board game I don’t care if I lose. Also, I enjoy baking and decorating cakes, it creates a sense of calmness when doing so.
