Bio

am a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) in Business Applications, Dynamics 365 certified professional, Speaker, Instructor, Blogger and Vlogger. I have more than 11 years of experience as a functional CRM analyst, of which the last 5 years have been working exclusively with Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the ISVs around it. I am certified in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Sure Step methodology, Resco, ClickDimensions and XperiDo.

I have worked with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement since the 2011 version of CRM, with Microsoft Social Engagement since its inception as Microsoft Social Listening, and I implemented Microsoft Dynamics Marketing and Parature.

I led internal CRM implementations in the public and private sector. After working for more than 3 years in one of the most important Partners in Latin America, I am currently part of the team of a prominent Microsoft Gold Partner in Spain.

My role in recent years has been evolving from functional consultant to solutions architect, and nowadays I use the skills I developed both as a consultant and as an architect, as Presales Director at Infoavan.

From my experience in digital communication, I specialized in Digital Engagement solutions, carrying out, among others, the implementation of a comprehensive social network management solution in the Banco Ciudad de Buenos Aires, considered a success case by Microsoft. I also participated in national and international projects together with Microsoft Consuling Services, in banking clients, financial services companies and governmental entities.

I was a speaker in a Round Table during the Microsoft Cloud Summit Arg-Uy 2016 event, as well as in multiple Banking Marketing events in Argentina. I’m also deep into the professionals communities, participating in many ways, such as being part of several organization commitees for community events such as 365 Saturday, Dynamics’s communities User’s Group chapters or Power Platform World Tour.
