How much do you know about Jira? Did you know that it is much more than just an Agile tracking stories board? Jira is commonly team-focused; we set up the project, the board, and the backlog, but we could use it also for upstreams mappings, like for decision-making, KPI, and OKRs traceability.
Description
Although we are not in charge of setting up all Jira suites for our projects in our companies. Knowing the potential and the reason behind its configuration, we could all suggest valuable improvements for either our internal process or our cross-functional interaction.
Allow me to introduce a bit more of the unknown Jira Kingdom.

As Dev team members, we commonly spend more time out of the board. We know the columns, perhaps the stories and tasks structure. But do we know why the stories flow within the board? And its distribution and dependencies throughout the projects? How about, as Agile leads, are we able to set up all behind the scenes from upper levels?
