An evangelist passionate about driving change in the people, processes and technology domain, Abhigya is a Sr. Project Manager at Ncell Axiata, with a polished experience of almost 13 years in the Telecommunication Industry. With expertise in Project and Portfolio Management, Agile Transformation and Service Operations, Abhigya is an accomplished Servant Leader and a Certified Coach capable of delivering large scaled projects by effectively collaborating, facilitating, leading and coaching teams. A mentor, coach and an agilest by heart who believes in ‘Being Agile and Doing Agile’, Abhigya is an international speaker, who speaks in various national/ international conferences on Personal Agility, Agile Transformation and Cargo Cult Agile. An Agile Scout who runs workshops on Agile practices and culture, Abhigya shares her experiences within and outside of her organization. An active member of ‘Agile Nepal’- an official user group endorsed by Scrum Alliance, a founder member of ‘Spiral Nepal’, a platform for women in Lean and Agile spaces to connect, create and collaborate, an active member of ‘Atlassian User Group (AUG) Nepal’, Abhigya is a Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Practitioner, Agile Certified Coach, Certified in Scaled Agile Framework, Certified Agile Leadership and a Certified PRINCE2 Practitioner.
