Bio

Stephen Mancini currently works for the Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). He brings 25 years of experience in IT and cybersecurity. His experience ranges from software development to investigatory and educational work. He is the former Chief Technical Officer and Director of Strategic Operations for the National Cyber-Forensics and Training Alliance (NCFTA). He is an adjunct professor with Robert Morris University where he teaches topics such as cybercrime, online investigatory techniques, and offensive cyber tactics as part of RMU’s Masters in Cyber Investigations and Intelligence. He has taught at five different universities, including the National Defense University’s Information Resource Management College. He is an international speaker and has presented on a wide variety of security-related topics. He has a Master of Science specializing in Software Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology and is currently pursuing his Doctorate in Business Administration with Liberty University.

Megan Garfinkel is a recent Robert Morris University alumni. She completed an integrated program that allowed her to obtain a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and a Master of Science in Cyber Investigations and Intelligence in a four-year period. Megan is the founding president of the Order of the Sword and Shield chapter at Robert Morris, as well as a member of Alpha Phi Sigma (Criminal Justice Honors Fraternity), Psi Chi (Psychology Honors Fraternity), Delta Zeta Sorority, and Order of Omega (Greek Honors Fraternity). She is currently pursuing a career in criminal investigation, as well as utilizing her talents in behavioral analysis.
