Charles Chow is a seasoned hands-on enterprise software and systems executive with over 25-year of technology transformation experience. Charles is with Deloitte’s Technology, Media, and Telecom sectors. He led multiple large programs with Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining Deloitte, Charles led innovative programs such as revamping a Digit Media Assets delivery system and implemented the first statewide eFiling program for the State of Colorado Judicial Branch. Charles completed Advanced Management Program at Wharton. He received a Master’s degree from University of Houston. Additionally, Charles is a Certified Software Architecture Professional (SEI) and was a guest speaker at SATURN 2016 and 2017.
