I have been a Rancher/Kubernetes Principal Support Engineer at Rancher/SUSE for the past three years, supporting a wide range of customers from small single nodes to 5000+ clusters. Before Rancher/SUSE, I worked in different environments covering most of the fortune 100, including designing and building solutions that literally have billions of dollars following through them per year with outages measured in millions of dollars per min.
