Michael has a passion for bespoke solution development and improving solution delivery processes. He started his career as a developer implementing some of Canada’s first e-commerce and B2B portals. Over the years, Michael has served various SDLC roles, including business analyst, solution architect, Scrum Master, product owner and program sponsor on a large variety of initiatives in the public and private sectors.
Michael now leads MNP Digital’s DevOps transformation practice and has over 20 years of solution delivery experience. Michael brings his unique expertise in helping organizations adopt DevOps. Typically the DevOps transformation includes helping organizations and practitioners adopt better business analysis skills. This aligns with Michael’s background, having served 8-years on Winnipeg’s International Institute of Business Analysts (IIBA) board, supporting the education of Winnipeg’s Business Analyst Community.
Michael is certified in DevOps, Scrum and Java development and is pleased to present this topic to bring some of the learnings to Winnipeg’s development community.
