DEMET DEMIRER, PMP, PSM1 ARCHITECT OF CHANGE Innovative Management Consulting Founder www.degisimmimari.com My main purpose of life, • Work for happy employee, happy customer and value adding services • To take an active role in the change for the better • Constantly learning and improving I completed secondary school education at TED Kayseri College and graduate and Master’s degree studies at the faculty of architecture at Istanbul Technical University (ITU). After more than 20 years of management experience in the construction industry, I went through a transformation process by myself and received entrepreneurship, mentoring (start-ups), coaching, and agile management certificates. I completed second graduate degree in sociology with the mindset that “we work with people for people, but we do not know people.”

I provide training and mentor/coach enterprises and start-ups in their transformation processes to agile businesses to develop potential during change.
My most powerful aspect is that I evaluate enterprises holistically and creatively with my architectural designer background and enable knowledge and technics to grow by transferring as much as possible by touching different segments and sectors and establishing collaborations.
I strongly believe in young people and entrepreneurial perspective; I think it is necessary to allow them to make the world a better place with digitization and technology.
She also thinks that everyone should take the initiative to carry out the society to a better level, therefore she initiates two creative communities in the Turkish Construction Industry:
• AGILE CONSTRUCTION-TR Agile Transformation in the Construction Industry and • CONSEI.TECH: the autonomous and virtual Contech start-up platform (incubation center) of Turkish Construction Industry. www.consei.tech She is member of International Technical Facility Managers Assembly and CICA Construction 5.0 working group.
She focuses on technology and people and she carries out business transformation services in different sectors with the goal of happy employees, happy customers and value-adding works.
