I am Erik Dvergsnes, The CEO and founder of DEVERG. I started working with databases in 1993 and has worked for Cap Gemini, Shell Oil, BP, Aker BP and consulted for Deutsche Bank in London for over 13 years. Working for Deutsche Bank was like working in a Formula 1 team, working with some of the best database consultants in the world and with some of those guys the company Deverg was born. It was during my time at Deutsche Bank I found my tribe, other consultants with high-quality work ethic, the same mentality to problem solving and giving the best service for clients. I was awarded the Oracle Excellence Award as the Oracle Cloud Architect of the Year in 2018 in San Francisco in the European Oracle Global Leadership Group, and we in Deverg has made it our mission to assist companies to achieve data transformation using the best database consultants available.
