Marcin Święty is passionate about bridging talent and security challenges on a global scale, making sure the people component is truly on the forefront of every security program. As Relativity’s Chief Security Officer, Marcin leads the Calder7 security team, a group of ~50 top security experts spread over four main hubs - Chicago, Krakow (where he lives), Vancouver, and Melbourne, focused on consistently improving Relativity’s best-in-class security posture focus and enabling its business to operate securely and efficiently on global scale. Previously, Marcin worked in a variety of security engineering roles at companies like Comarch and Luxoft. In his spare time, Marcin enjoys recreational shooting sports with small arms, just because medieval sword fighting got boring.
