I’m Mariusz Kozieł software engineer, team lead, and CTO of Visuality with over 15 years of industry experience. After few years programming in C# and PHP I have dived into Ruby over 11 years ago. Additionally, I’m acting as the driving force behind the thriving Polish Ruby User Group (PLRUG) and a seasoned presenter at multiple Ruby meetups.
With a deep understanding of the challenges faced by developers at all levels, I have dedicated my career to empowering individuals to reach their full potential. As a CTO and engineering manager, I dedicated my career to nurture talent. I believe that creating a supportive environment is a key to stimulate and maintain growth.
