Ben Davies, CISSP, CISA, CM, CSM, ITILv3 After 10 years in the US Navy Submarine Service, Mr. Davies has been a consultant, ISP tech support manager and performed many other information functions, including information security, information audit, process improvement, and capacity management. His latest endeavor is to extract server performance data for comparison to application usage metrics, which are then used in demand forecasting and capacity optimization. Having an eclectic background and interesting mix of troubleshooting, hardware and software skills, Mr. Davies is sure to look at any situation differently than most. His favorite sayings are “Actionable Intelligence”, “Suck Less”, and “Fail Faster”.
