Ed is a positive and pragmatic leader who applies lean and agile approaches to leadership, culture, change, strategy, systems, product, and design. He works with individuals, teams, and leaders across the organization to deliver better value sooner, safer, and happier. As a business agility and product coach he’s facilitated hundreds of workshops and meetings, coached dozens of teams and individuals, and experimented with countless ways of working. His colleagues often refer to him as an “encyclopedia” and he is always learning and trying new things to make the work we do more satisfying, easier, and fun. He occasionally blogs on agile-ideation.com, and can be found as an organizer of the Tulsa Agile Practitioners and Agile Denver Kanban Community of Practice Meetups.
