I recently had the pleasure of interacting with the United Airlines Lagos Office and I must say that the experience was well above my expectations. I was a little worried because of the intricacy of my travel schedule, so I came into the office to make adjustments to a forthcoming overseas trip. On the other side, the Lagos office staff treated my case with professionalism, empathy, and patience. For my updated plans, one of the agents in particular went above and beyond to make sure I had the best and most affordable possibilities. In addition to thoroughly explaining each process, she took the time to ensure that I was at ease with the new arrangements.
