DevOps concepts and continuous delivery tools are gaining wide adoption and helping developers deliver code faster than ever before, but there are industry wide struggles that prevent them from achieving greater velocity. In this talk, the presenter will discuss current DevOps and Continuous Delivery concepts and they will dive into various struggles developer teams currently encounter and offer fresh perspectives, learnings and insights that can help developers navigate associated pitfalls.

I’m a member of underrepresented groups which are Latinos/Hispanics and military Veterans. I’ve been speaking, mentoring & advocating in the Philadelphia tech community for years and I really do enjoy it. I have 28+ year of experience in the technology space & I’ve experienced many situations related to technology & social issues in general. I like to help tech communities move forward by teaching but importantly learning from what the community offers.
