Bio
Arianne is a programmer, teacher, and activist in Vancouver, BC. She is currently a full-stack Django developer at 7Geese and an instructor for Ladies Learning Code.
Past work includes developing a solution in Django and D3 to automate heating and cooling in large, complex buildings at Sensible Building Science and consulting for corporations on agile product development and modern testing strategies at ThoughtWorks in SF.
Arianne has degrees in civil engineering and computer science from UBC and has taught 1000+ kids about poverty, science, and programming through various organizations. She climbs rocks and her favourite board game is Terraforming Mars.
