I am an IT Lead striving to bridge gaps between technology and people.
Technically, I’m passionate about automation, testing, and open source. Currently, I do significant work with PowerShell, VMware, Git, and JIRA/Confluence.
On the human side, I focus on fostering welcoming environments where people can feel comfortable joining, learning, and sharing. I apply this mindset to both internal IT and online communities.
