Dimitri BAELI, is CTO at LesFurets.com leading a software development and operation team of 25, working hard to get the IT seen as a competitive advantage for the business by delivering value for the users in a Continuous Delivery fashion, using Kanban, Agile and Lean principles. Before this Dimitri was quality manager at eXo Platform an Open Source extranet solution which is helped to move as Software Vendor (coworking with Redhat teams), and software architect at Prima Solutions (Insurance Software Vendor). Speaker in multiple Agile and Software conferences Dimitri is co-organizing the Lean Kanban France conference helping to share more knowledge on Lean and Agile principles distilled for IT Teams by international and local speakers.
