Manoj Vadakkan is an Agile Consultant and a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST®). Manoj is passionate about bringing people together as team(s) to perform at a higher level to deliver customer value. He does that by educating, coaching, and challenging the team to help them see the next level of their possibilities.
His 24 years of work experience includes various industries such as Telecommunications, Insurance, Bank, and Media. In addition, he has worked with various government agencies including The Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services, The Census Bureau, The Veterans Affairs, and The US Postal Services.
Manoj lives in Denver, Colorado can be spotted at many Colorado Agile community events. Until 2014, he lived in the Washington DC Metro and engaged in the local agile community by leading Agile Leadership Network DC chapter. He also founded Agile DC, the premier DC-area Agile conference, a yearly conference attended by 500+ people. He is currently busy organizing the 2018 version of AgileDC.
