Bio
Frank Lesniak is a Senior Cloud & Infrastructure Architect at West Monroe Partners, leading assessment, design, implementation projects, and leading WMP’s Process and Technology Automation and Workplace Collaboration competencies. Frank has nearly fifteen years of experience with technical specialties in Microsoft Azure, AWS, cybersecurity, PowerShell scripting, DevOps / process automation, Office 365, Active Directory/Azure Active Directory, Windows Server, Linux/FreeBSD, configuration management, high availability/disaster recovery architecture, federated authentication/SSO, virtualization, and data center physical infrastructure.
On projects, Frank usually serves as technical lead, team lead, project manager, or subject-matter expert. He has worked on projects across a variety of industries, including banking, distribution, energy & utilities, engineering, finance, health care, insurance, manufacturing, real estate, retail goods, and software products/technology.
Outside of work, Frank is a proud father. He also serves as a board member of DuPage Animal Friends, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to strengthen the lifesaving, compassionate, and innovative initiatives at DuPage County Animal Services, an open-admission animal shelter in the west suburbs of Chicago. DuPage Animal Friends partners with DCAS to understand the needs of our community’s animals, providing financial resources and advocacy on their behalf.
