Kathy strongly believes in living your best life possible, aligning your talents to your work and building effective relationships. Kathy developed an autoimmune disease from stress and suffered from chronic fatigue for several years. This experience acted as a catalyst to transform her life to be more aligned with her strengths and talents. By sharing her story, she aims to inspire others to make positive changes in their lives.
Kathy became a writer and wrote Avoiding Burnout and Harnessing Stress to guide others towards a happier life. She writes articles for online publications and enjoys public speaking on how to harness stress. Kathy also hosts workshops and one-on-one consultations relating to stress management and happiness.
Kathy is a wife and mother of two young daughters and is based in Johannesburg, South Africa.
