Bio
My name is Ryan and my story goes like this:
After finishing my BS in Computer Science and Physics at Saint Joseph’s University I began working in the industry. My first job was at a Java shop, and while I enjoyed it, I got frustrated with some of the shortcomings of Java quite regularly; this lead me to search for a new go-to language and I eventually found Scala! Ever since then (about 3 years ago) I’ve been a Scala enthusiast!
Outside of work my interests include skiing, martial arts, science and tech in general, health, music (playing piano), and the shore!
