Ma career took a new turn back in 2001. That was when I read eXtreme Programming Explained, by Kent Beck. He had put into a book so many principles and practices that underpinned my beliefs. Since then, I have been an advocate of agile, lean, etc.
I believe that customers are made happy by happy teams. Teams that collaborate to improve continuously depend on each other and have a purpose.
