SustainableUX 2018 is looking for speakers for the all-day, remote conference on February 15, 2018.

Our 2018 theme is the intersection of climate change and digital design—a broad space for talks on topics as diverse as (and not limited to): remote work and carbon footprints, renewable web hosting, low-footprint web development, biomimicry as an adaptive design approach, environmentally-aware content strategy, and ethical responsibilities of designers.

Past talks: http://sustainableux.com/talks/

Audience: In 2017, 1,200 attended from all over the world (every continent except Antarctica)—a mix of UX and web folk, students, academics, and business people. Many thousands more have watched the recorded talks on YouTube. 70 made optional donations to climate-related organizations.

Diversity: We are committed to having as diverse a line-up of speakers as possible. We are signatories of diversitycharter.org.

Code of Conduct: http://sustainableux.com/codeofconduct/

Community: On Slack. Contact us for an invitation.
