The International Project Management Congress annually brings together more than 400 project management professionals from the country and the region. This year we will be innovating with a virtual format, in a 3D tool, that will allow us to live newexperiences, have more participants and continue with the usual content and quality. The format includes practical workshops, conferences, networking, celebrations and a space of growth and learning that is characterized by the rigor and impecibility of the content offered, the high level of speakers and keynote speakers invited and an atmosphere of camaraderie and healthy sharing, which make it a very special event and valued by the entire professional community. This year we celebrated the tenth version, and it comes at a stellar moment of global PMI redefinition, with major changes in the direction of the project management profession, which brings new approaches, technologies, ways of thinking, individual and collective behaviors, opportunities and challenges. This transformation impacts us equally in the Dominican Republic. Project managers in our country have a great responsibility to organizacionesaccompany this transformation process toorganizations, for which it is necessary to keep up-to-date management tools, methodologies and standards that allow us to travel this path with the greatest likelihood of success. This is a fundamental part of the raison d’etre of this congress, offering the looks, experiences, techniques and general knowledge necessary to accompany the attendees in their mission. The Dominican Republic Chapter PMI (PMIRD) is pleased to invite you to submit a conference or workshop proposal focused on one of the following topics or tools: • Frameworks of work agiles, among them Disciplined Agile • Risk management • Remote EquipmentManagement, Effective Communication • MS Project • Collaboration and Teamwork, including MS Teams • Leadership applied to crisis management or emotional management. • Project management in general (different areas of knowledge)
