BSides Tampa is an Information Technology security conference hosted by the Tampa Bay chapter of (ISC)2, a registered 501 (c)3 non-profit organization. The BSides Tampa conference focuses on providing attendees with the latest in information security research, development and exploits. The conference is hosted yearly in Tampa and features various presentations and demonstrations from the best minds in industry and academia. Each BSides is a community-driven framework for building events for and by information security community members. The goal is to expand the spectrum of conversation beyond the traditional confines of space and time. It creates opportunities for individuals to both present and participate in an intimate atmosphere that encourages collaboration. It is an intense event with discussions, demos, and interaction from participants. It is where conversations for the next-big-thing are happening

The 2022 conference will be a hybrid conference with virtual and in-person talks. When submitting your CFP please state if you would like to present in-person or virtually. Speakers will also get a chance to raise money for their favorite charity during their talk. Select your charity and the speaker that raises the most money will have their amount matched.
