DevFest New Orleans presented by GDG New Orleans and Women Techmakers New Orleans is a community-run developer conference.
Our first annual DevFest is a one-day tech conference that delivers a diverse range of Google-related and other technical and community talks. The conference will take place on Saturday, October 5, 2019 at Loyola University in New Orleans.

Talk Format
Talks are 30-minute sessions, and do not include Q&A.
Topics
Our community mostly works in web, but talks in mobile, UI/UX, cloud, and emerging technologies are also welcome. Feel free to contact us at gdgneworleans@gmail.com if you would like help coming up with a topic.

Please note that we do not have a travel budget for speakers. We want to keep our conference very low-cost for the attendees.
Acceptance
We will accept talks on a rolling basis, so submit early for greater chances of acceptance. We aim to notify all speakers of acceptance one week after the CFP closes.
