The EclipseCon is the yearly conference of the Eclipse Foundation and all topics around Eclipse Foundation. While the Eclipse Foundation is the home of the Eclipse IDE since 2001 the investment of the foundation in Java has grown over the last years. With the Adoptium working group (WG), JakartaEE WG and Microprofile WG the Eclipse foundation is the home for many Java specifications and open source tools for the ecosystem. Today products, specifications and projects of the Eclipse foundation are used by nearly all Java Developers around the planet.Together with the iJUG the Eclipse Foundation is organizing the Community Day for Java Developer to inform about Eclipse Adoptium, Eclipse Temurin, JakartaEE and other Java topics around the Eclipse Foundation. The overall aim of the event is to address intermediate to expert level developers with topics relevant for their everyday work.
