Ruby Conf Africa 2026 (RCA) – Call for Participation
The African Ruby Community (ARC) invites you to Ruby Conf Africa 2026 (RCA)! The conference will gather Ruby Developers, Engineers, and Entrepreneurs for two days of innovation, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing in Nairobi, Kenya, on August 21st – 22nd, 2026.
This exciting event is organized by the African Ruby Community (ARC), founded in 2010 with over 5,000 members across East Africa, including developers, entrepreneurs, designers, and freelancers. The ARC organizes the annual Ruby Conference to foster innovation, collaboration, and skill development.
🚀 Theme: “Beyond Code - Innovating for the Future”
Guided by the theme “Beyond Code - Innovating for the Future”, the conference is designed to equip Rubyists with the skills, insights, and tools needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving tech landscape. Attendees will gain valuable knowledge on emerging trends, future-proofing their careers, and mastering the latest advancements in Ruby development through expert-led sessions, hands-on workshops, and engaging discussions.

RCA 2026 is structured around four main objectives:
