ScotlandCSS is a warm, friendly and fast paced, single track conference held in the beautiful city of Edinburgh on July 18th 2018.

Speakers and attendees come to visit us from around the globe to share their experience and knowledge on all matters CSS!

CFP Description

We are accepting talk proposals for the conference on Wednesday 18th July and also proposals for a day long workshop on Tuesday 17th of July.

At ScotlandCSS we have one criteria for your talk/workshop submission(s); that your submission is on a subject that you are excited about or are really frustrated with.

We love all presentations that are of interest to CSS developers. Tech talks, people focussed talks, self-improvement talks, talks aimed at newbies, if you are interested in it so will our attendees.

Our selection process is anonymised and the people voting are those that buy tickets prior to the CFP closing. It’s the audience that decide.

On February 3rd, with a lot of help from all tech communities around the world, we started Global Diversity CFP Day to support people from under represented groups make that all important first talk proposal to any tech event. Keep an eye on the twitter account for info about this @gdcfpday

If you want to discuss ideas or need help putting together a proposal please get in touch and we can make it happen.

We offer up to £500 travel and accommodation support for people from underrepresented groups that need financial assistance.

We also have free childcare too.
