Jennifer Moes is currently a Solutions Lead Analyst for CSG international. As an Agile Practitioner and with experience in business strategy, business analysis and product management, she has focused software development teams to engage in the practices of user experience and human centered design to drive and innovate solutions that not only solve problems, but to understand the customers needs and expectations for successful product launch and adoption.
Jennifer additionally does outreach for non profits to assisting them with content strategy for fundraising and marketing campaigns. Understanding who the customer is you are reaching is not only important for content management, but continual engagement with the content.
