InfraNodus: Text Network Visualization and Analysis Tool

By Dmitry Paranyushkin

Elevator Pitch

We will present InfraNodus text network analysis and visualization tool, which can be used to build, import, and share graphs. We will demonstrate the UI tools we developed to help users interact with their graphs in an efficient and insightful manner.

Description

In this talk we will demonstrate the open-source text network visualization tool InfraNodus that we developed to help people create, analyze, share and visualize all kinds of graphs. We show the various UI features that we implemented based on the user feedback to help make graph interaction fluid and insightful and also the underlying Neo4J / Node.Js / Sigma.Js architecture.

Notes

This is a lightning talk that is more specific to the tool itself. I also submitted a longer talk, which is more focused on a specific methodology that we use in InfraNodus and has a more in-depth discussion of the technical challenges we’ve encountered during its implementation: https://www.papercall.io/talks/161659.

We would also be interested to host a workshop where we give users a first-hand experience using the tool and explore its “under-the-hood” structure, if they are interested: https://www.papercall.io/talks/161668
