Building Fast and Slow: From Prototypes to Production

By Bojan Miletic

Elevator Pitch

Often we programmers tend to look at the prototypes as thing just used for investor presentation which will be discarded afterwards. This is almost never the case. I’ll teach you how to write your prototypes so they don’t turn into production nightmares.

Description

We’ll start from definition of product and how this simple word can mean completely different things to people in company based on their role. Afterwards, I’ll focus on developer side of this story and share best practices on how to write software that needs to change fast based on demo demands and to successfully transform it into production ready code

Notes

During the last decade, I’ve worked with multiple start-ups as developer, CEO and consultant in variety of fields from big silicon valley AI start-ups to simple webshops used for testing new product demands.
