What does design thinking look like in the real world?  Join us to learn more!

Notes

I’ve spoken at events throughout the North America / Europe, primarily on UX, UI, and product ownership practices. This is a new talk that I previewed at an AgileKC meetup earlier this month. In it, I tell a few stories about product launches that went really poorly and how design thinking practices could have been applied to prevent the catastrophes.
