I have always stated that my dream job would be to come into an organization, identify the challenges and lead a team to resolve the issues. I was on the lookout for such opportunities without realizing that I’ve been doing it all my life. Recently, I started seeing my past work experiences as an evolving story and not simply moving from one challenge to another. It changed how I approach my life and my work and made me even more efficient. I realized that we create our own opportunities everyday.
One of the traits that makes me successful is that I build a network of strong individuals and help empower them. I always say that we grow as a team, not by ourselves. So now that I have discovered why I do the things I do and how to improve the way I work, how do I influence others and help them discover their “WHY”? I do this by having a deep understanding of technology, its business impacts and connecting people in order to help them work together to achieve amazing results.
As a technologist, I have been focused on building a better world. My efforts have been focused on learning new uses for technology; innovate to make a better tomorrow for my kids.
