CFP Description

When submitting abstracts, please consider where your talk may fit in the end-to-end experience. For instance:

  • You have a great new open source project! How do you capture new users and create a seamless on-boarding experience?
  • You have initial users of your product! How to understand and nurture your existing users first, and then leverage your nurture assets for demand gen.
  • Best practices between Support - Docs - Training - Eng - and Product - (and more!) for a stellar on-boarding and docs experience (or new ways to divide and conquer).
  • You’ve built a loyal fanbase! How to keep them happy and manage expectations, while introducing new functionality for growth.
  • “Champions,” “captains,” “ambassadors,” …. Best ways to appreciate and get help from your passionate users and thought leaders.
