GopherCon 2017 is going to be an amazing event, and this is your chance to be a part of it! First time speaker? Experienced Speaker? Have a package you want to talk about? Or perhaps you just have a great story about Go you want to share. The GopherCon lightning talks are there for you!
You don’t have to be a “professional” speaker. Lightning talks are a great way to get some experience on the stage in a friendly and supportive environment.
Last year we had dozens of great speakers get up and share their knowledge with the hundreds of Gophers in attendance, it was an amazing day! This year, we want you to be a part of it!
The lightning talks will be held on the community day, July 15th.

Time Limit
Talks will be time limited to 10 minutes. We will cut you off at 10 minutes. Please make sure your talk will fit in that time span.
Subjects
Lightning talks are fun! The subject matter is open and varied. We just want to see you share your knowledge with the world. Of course, we would love it even more if your subject matter had to do with Go, which is why we’ll all be there. :) Either please remember to respect the code of conduct and your fellow Gophers.
