The CD Summit & Jenkins Days Atlanta focuses on continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) as the fundamental best practice for enterprise software delivery. The event is designed for Enterprise Managers and Buyers along with Developers, Engineers, Sys Admins, Architects. With two main tracks focused on IT managers and Jenkins practitioners, attendees will get access to the best minds in CD and DevOps. The presenters are experienced developers, build managers, QA, DevOps practitioners, IT managers/executives, architects and IT operations who are luminaries within the DevOps community. They represent the many organizations around the country that are leveraging the use of CD within the software delivery lifecycle.

CFP Description

We ask you keep your talks relevant to field of DevOps, continuous delivery, continuous integration, and DevOps practices. If you are a vendor, no marketing pitches and keep pitches vendor neutral. We enforce a strict non-marketing pitch policy, and you run the risk of your talk not being selected. It is okay to use examples in your presentation, such as customer references and case studies. Remember, your audience is generally a majority of technical oriented developers and engineers, with some executives, all trying to further their understanding on DevOps and CD/CI.

There will be no speaker travel assistance. You will be notified if accepted at the latest by September 23, 2016.

Please keep these guidelines in mind:

Absolutely no vendor pitches

No threats, no sexualized language or imagery, no insulting audience members

Explain why your proposal is interesting to the DevOps community

We’d rather have a lackluster abstract about a very interesting topic than a detailed outline of a topic that isn’t a good fit.

If your talk is very technical, we encourage you to submit your talk to the technical track as we have a technical, management and jenkins track.
