I'm Attending!May 11, 2020May 13, 2020Kanban Global Summit 2020UTCThe Kanban Global Summit is for managers, teams, trainers, coaches, consultants and executives who want to more reliably deliver the products and services their customers demand using the Kanban Method.
Our attendees succeed even under challenging conditions by using Kanban:
- when Agile methods such as Scrum stall or meet resistance
- in environments requiring specialization, heavy regulation, high risk, or fast pace
- after a disruptive merger, reorganization, or rapid growth
- when multiple methods and globally distributed workplaces need to be aligned
We share experience reports and techniques on how to be faster, more predictable and more flexible with Kanban. The aim of the conference is to provide a platform for Kanban practitioners to meet and share experiences, learn new techniques, and see cutting-edge development in the field.
This event is part of Kanban Week. It is immediately followed by the Kanban Leadership Retreat event, recommended for Kanban experts and super enthusiasts.San Diego, CA

Founded late in the 20th century (1997), the Kitchener Waterloo Software Quality Association is a volunteer-run, not-for-profit, independent organization of software professionals who have an interest in quality and testing.
We aim to be a safe space where new speakers can feel comfortable developing their skills, while also including more experienced speakers for our members to learn from. Furthermore, we aim to encourage and support local talent, while also providing opportunities for our members to hear from speakers outside of our area.
We value inclusion of both new and established local companies at all of our events. We also welcome members and attendees in any software-related role, not only those who focus specifically on testing.Cambridge, ON, Canada
