Want a more inclusive experience that lets you really get to connect with your peers and make connections? Come join us on CoderCruise — It’s a polyglot developer conference on a cruise ship!

This is our third year for CoderCruise, and this year we will be taking a 5-day, 4-night cruise out of Port Canaveral, FL that includes stops at Princess Cays and Nassau. The cruise leaves on August 19, 2019, and returns on August 23, 2019.

The conference takes place onboard the ship during our at-sea day and on the afternoons of our days at port, while still giving you plenty of time to enjoy what entertainment the ship provides, and explore our ports of call. Visit our “About the Conference” page on the CoderCruise website for more detailed information!

This is a family-friendly experience, and we highly encourage speakers and attendees to bring their spouses, kids, friends, and coworkers along to enjoy the entire experience together. How often are you as a speaker able to bring your family to a conference with you and know that they will have an amazing time!?

CFP Description

Unique Experience

First of all, we want to welcome you to join us for this unique conference adventure. With the intimateness that comes from being on a cruise, the speakers and attendees mingle together as everyone is taking part in making a shared experience.

What We Look For

For CoderCruise we are looking for a broad range of submissions covering a wide range of web technology topics including coding, design, content, and more. Given the scope of this conference, we emphasize talks that appeal to all web technologists regardless of their programming language of choice (or lack thereof). We also welcome non-technical proposals that will appeal to a tech audience, as well as family-friendly sessions designed to bridge the gap between the family and attendees.
