WiDS Miami 2021 will take place virtually on April 23rd 2021.
WiDS Miami 2021 is a virtual data science conference highlighting the work of female data scientists and will feature a special focus on the future of data science and AI in a post-pandemic world that is evolving socially, politically, and economically. WiDS Miami is an independent event organized by the Group for Resilient and Inclusive Tech (G.R.I.T.), which also organizes R-Ladies Miami, and has hosted speakers such Hadley Wickham, Dr. Safiya Umoja Noble, and Max Kuhn, among others.
This half-day conference is an opportunity to hear about the latest applications of data science as well as gain insights into how data science will play a key role in shaping South Florida in the coming years. Speakers are exclusively female.

WiDS started as a conference at Stanford in November 2015. Now, WiDS includes a global conference, with approximately 150+ regional events worldwide; a datathon, encouraging participants to hone their skills using a social impact challenge; and a podcast, featuring leaders in the field talking about their work, their journeys, and lessons learned. This conference provides an opportunity to hear about the latest data science-related research in a number of domains, learn how leading-edge companies are leveraging data science for success, and connect with potential mentors, collaborators, and others in the field. All genders are invited to participate in the conference, which features exclusively female speakers.Virtual

Welcome to PyData Belagavi meetup group.
PyData is an educational program of NumFOCUS, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization in the United States. PyData provides a forum for the international community of users and developers of data analysis tools to share ideas and learn from each other. The global PyData network promotes discussion of best practices, new approaches, and emerging technologies for data management, processing, analytics, and visualization. PyData communities approach data science using many languages, including (but not limited to) Python, Julia, and R.
